1. What are your management fees?

3. What do maintenance and repairs cost?
This is dependant on what has to be repaired. All costs will be discussed with you and no repairs will be carried out until these costs have been authorised by the landlord.

4. I would like to use my another contractor, is this possible?
Yard always find the most competitively priced contractors in the market so we hope that you will not need to use other contractors. However, it is your prerogative to use another contractor.

6. What if I want to sell my property?
It is possible to market your property for sale whilst it is tenanted however we would always recommend to do this in the last three months of a tenancy agreement. Clauses can be put into the lease if you decide to so this.

9. What information do you need from me before you market the property?
We require the following documents for all owners:
• Photo ID
• Proof of ownership
• Proof of residency
• Signed terms of business
• Safety certificates

10. My keys are with another agent, can you collect them?
Yes. You will need to call the current agent to let them know that someone will be coming to collect the keys.
