1. Arrange a free valuation
Firstly to get your property on the market with us you need to organise a valuation, so we can make sure that we market it in an effective way and more importantly price it correctly.

2. Instruction
When you have read through our terms of business and you decide to market your property with us, we will come and take photos of the property so it is presented in a accurate and professional way.

3. Safety regulations
It is important that you comply with all relevant safety regulations. As your managing agent we need to keep all certificates of compliance on our records. 4. On the market
Once you have completed our terms of business and you have complied with all safety regulations we will begin to market your property to ensure maximum exposure within the market.

5. Viewings
Viewings will take place on the property and we will keep you updated throughout the process so you are aware of feedback.

6. Finding the right tenant
When we have found the right tenant we will call you to discuss this further.

7. Referencing
We will begin the referencing process to ensure that the tenant is suitable for your property.

8. Tenancy Agreement
When references have been carried out we will draw up the relevant tenancy agreement and sign this on your behalf.

9. Inventory
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.

10. Rent and Deposit
