Rent Collection

Yard properties will handle the collection of rent on behalf of the landlords. The net payment of rent will be transferred into the landlord’s bank account. Yard also handles the tenant’s deposits.

Property Inspection

Property inspections will be carried out during the tenancy to ensure that the tenant is conducting the tenancy as per the agreement. A final inspection will be carried out when the tenant leaves the property and the landlord will receive a written report.

Cleaning

Your property will be professionally cleaned at the end of each tenancy.

Inventory

An inventory will be taken out prior to the commencement of each tenancy. A copy will be given to the tenant and Yard will keep a copy on the landlord’s behalf.
